As much as I love decorating my home for fall, I also love bringing those cozy colors and textures into my wardrobe. Give me rich browns, a little burgundy, a beautiful olive bag, and layers I can pull on when the days finally turn chilly!
I’ve put together a selection of fall fashion favorites that can mix and match for everyday outfits, casual lunches, and evenings out.
Start with great denim
Wide leg jeans are the starting point for so many of the looks I’m putting together this fall. I love a darker wash for fall styled with a cream blouse and brown boots...such a simple combination that feels polished without being fussy.
For another option, I’ve included burgundy pants. The rich color brings a little something extra to an outfit, especially paired with a neutral top and a cropped jacket.

Layers that make the outfit
A good fall jacket can pull even the simplest outfit together, and I couldn’t narrow my picks down to just one!
The brown jacket brings that warm, autumn look I love, while the patterned cropped jacket would be incredible over a cream blouse with jeans. For cooler days, the dark quilted jacket is an easy layer to style with denim and boots.
I’ve also included a relaxed neutral sweatshirt for those casual days when the plan is coffee, errands, and hopefully a little fall shopping.

A little burgundy, a little cream
The burgundy off the shoulder top is one of my picks for a fall dinner out. I’d pair it with dark denim, brown heeled boots, and the burgundy tote.
The cream top offers a softer look and works with either the jeans or burgundy pants. I love having pieces that can be styled several ways, especially during a season when you might need a jacket in the morning and lighter layers by afternoon.

Boots, loafers & the finishing touches
My shoe picks include tan boots, dark brown heeled ankle boots, and brown lug sole loafers. Between them, there are options for dressing up denim or keeping an outfit more casual.
